AC ANG INCUBATORS accurately controls temperature, relative humidity, airflow and heat transfer through the egg shell and carbon dioxide levels to meet the embryo needs at all stages of incubation
AC ANG INCUBATORS is able to achieve a constant and uniform embryo temperature at any point inside the incubator. The thermostat controled tubular heater precisely coordinates the demand and supply of heating or cooling to achieve accurate temperature control. The blower fans create a pressure differential that cause water in the humidifier pan to circulate and evaporate inside the incubator. OPERATING SPECIFICATIONS
Egg Turning for Semi Automatic Models:
Egg tray/rack is turned by a single push or pull stroke of the turning rod at the front panel without opening the door
Egg is turned at least three times a day
Egg Turning for Automatic Models:
Egg tray/rack is automatically turned by a motor to a 45 degree angle from the horizontal every one hour
Heating Mechanism:
The thermostat controld tubular nichrome resistor heaters precisely coordinates the demand and supply of heating or cooling to achieve accurate temperature control
Proper calibration of thermostat prevents embryo temperature variation caused by fluctuations in air temperature and airflow.
Air Circulation and ventilation:
Air is homogeneously circulated by a heavy duty blower fan. the blower fan create a pressure differential that cause water in the humidifier pan to circulate and evaporate inside the incubator

AC ANG ENTERPRISES has no control over the machine nor the hatchability of eggs No responsibility is assumed for damages from this incubator unit due to mal operation other than replacement of defective parts. It only guarantees the parts against defects for six (6) months from date of purchase. No service fee for all shop work on maintenance and recalibration.For farm services, transportation of technician is at clients expense. We therefore recommend that incubators be calibrated and/or validated on a case-by-case basis when working at the extremes of the permissible ambient temperature.

You may just convert your incubator into pure hatcher. Separate setter and hatcher units are best recommended for large egg production just like yours. marami daw po kayo inahin. |

It is because according to him, he opens the incubator door during hatching time. As stated in the incubator's manual of operation: DO NOT OPEN THE INCUBATOR during hatching time: day 19-21 in order to maintain the operating temperature and humidity inside the incubator. Kapag binuksan ang incubator during hatching time, sisinagw po ang init at humidity sa loob nito at kapag ang temp at humidity ay bumaba ang resulta ay ang mga hatching eggs will just pipp and not able to hatch out completely sapagkat dumikit na ang shell membrane sa feathers, kakapit sa sisiw, hindi na maka galaw ang sisiw inside the egg, eventually die out. |
